New Pattern Release
Once again, we're excited to announce two new releases! First up, meet the Arpeggio Top, our collaboration with the fantastic Peacock Yarns and the plant-based yarn whiz. This piece nails elegance, perfectly mixing simplicity and style.
The Arpeggio Top comes in two styles: a sleeveless tank and a short-row-shaped set-in sleeve version. Our test knitters were thrilled with the fit and delighted with the results.
Here are a few testimonials:
"I am super pleased with the fit, the look of the garment and my yarn choice; I already had so much wear of this tee, both for more official occasions and informal events. It is cosy, comfy and airy." @‌Gvwbvba
"I very much enjoyed knitting it, and I am glad that I now have pattern which spot on fits the fingering tencel/bamboo yarns commonly used by indie dyers dyeing plant-based yarns. And, it's a quick knit with the yarn held double instead of struggling with 3mm needles" @‌nopurls
"I absolutely love this top. Simple yet perfect with excellent construction and instructions." @‌neevoknits
After discovering the Marshmallow Cloud yarn on Instagram, I instantly fell in love and knew I had to create something with it. I experimented with a few different designs but ultimately decided on a simple stockinette stitch to let the yarn shine. By doubling the fingering-weight yarn, I got a bigger gauge, making the project knit up really fast!
You can get the original yarn from https://peacockyarn.com/ with a 15% discount on the when using code ARPEGGIOÂ until 21st of July.
Arpeggio Top is worked seamlessly from the top down. For more on the construction, techniques, tips, and tricks, check out the pattern deep dive on YouTube.

The other pattern that's out today is the Dreamweft Sweater. It is the summer's hottest trend—featuring an all-over mesh design with large holes in lightweight yarn, perfect for layering on warm days.
This piece will intrigue knitters, making them wonder—is it really knit or crochet? The fun lace pattern features double yarnovers and triple decreases, and once you get the hang of it, it's both soothing and meditative.
Just a heads-up: the stitch pattern tends to pull in one direction. To counter this, I've added solid breaks at the sides to help with blocking. Make sure to pick a blockable yarn and add the recommended positive ease.
The sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down and uses a surprisingly small amount of yarn for the size of fabric achieved. For all the juicy details, see the pattern deep-dive video on YouTube.
As always, there's a group of knitters already working on this sweater. If you want to join in, hop over to our Slack community and check out the #dreamweftsweater channel for inspiration and to share your progress!
Apply a discount with the code SUMMERDUO at Ravelry or zaneteknits.com to get 20% off of either or both of the newly released patterns. (This limited-time offer expires on July 21st at 23:59 BST.)
New Test Call
A top-down modified raglan featuring a deep-running stranded colourwork inspired by my Latvian heritage is ready for testing! This piece was created in collaboration with Camellia Fiber Co. using their Suri Lace yarn. Even though this yarn is a bit unconventional for colourwork, I've found it a joy to knit with and fantastic to wear.
The pattern includes charts with both light and dark backgrounds, plus options with and without ladderback jacquard stitch placements for those who want to try out this technique. P.S. If you're new to this, check out the next newsletter section.
If you're interested in testing this design, head over to our latest blog post for all the pattern info and registration details. In order to be fair across all time zones, the registration form will open at 3 PM, BST.

Moonglow Top
Next up on the release train will be the Moonglow Top! This design features a beautiful lace and cable pattern, perfect for DK weight yarn. The intricate details are enhanced with sequins, adding that extra bit of sparkle to really make it pop.
It's a seamless, top-down knit that's fun to create and impressive when worn but avoids overly complex techniques, so you'll love every moment of the knitting process.

Testing a Fluffy and Bright Sweater using Moondrake's Fuwa Fuwa
Summer's already halfway done, and I still need to create something bright and colourful. That's exactly what I'll be focusing on for my next project. I'm excited to turn this Viva Magenta colourway in Fuwa Fuwa base from Moondrake Co. into a simple top-down v-neck sweater.
With a gauge slightly larger than recommended, it'll be perfect for staying summery and airy. I'll also add subtle details to enhance the overall look, so stay tuned for updates on this fun summer project!
