New year, new madness! And a test knit, anyone?

Hello in the new year!

I hope it's everything you wished it to be so far. I have so much going on I wouldn't know where to start. My company got bought by another company, and now I have two bosses and two work lives to take care of. It's a bit mad, to say the least. And I've got quite a bit of new yarn to play with, and it should be a great thing, but as there's just not enough time, it only adds to the disappointment.

On the baby front, this photogenic creature is male. That means we can't expect any frill, ruffles and bows in the baby knits to come.

But mostly today, I wanted to let you know about a new test call in my Ravelry group. It's a very quick project as you can see, there's not much to it. It is the companion cowl to my A Thousand and One Suns sweater in Spincycle Yarns Wilder and Nocturne, with the main and contrast colours reversed. The perfect project to try out Spincycle Yarns if you haven't already had the chance.
