Hello, I trust you are well!
It's been a very eventful week in my studio and office. The most exciting thing that happened is we finally went live with the third issue of Radåm, and the first time in English.
It is yet another knitting magazine, filled with gorgeous patterns by various designers and a few of mine are in there, too. If you haven't seen it yet, check out our Instagram, website or Ravelry.
If you are using Facebook and cables is your thing, I will be announcing a new KAL for one of the designs today, and if you'd like to know more about that and perhaps participate, please join the Radåm Facebook group.
There's a very compelling reason why I've picked the vest. The Radåm team and a few other friends will attend the Barcelona Knits festival in a few weeks, and we've chosen La Grace vest as our official uniform this year. :))
Goes without saying, if you happen to be attending, I hope we bump into each other and say hi face-to-face! I will be there on the Saturday.
But I digress... The real reason I'm writing today is the fact that I've just posted a new test call in my Ravelry group. Melancholia Sweater is another first for me - I'm trying out worsted weight yarn in a top-down colourwork yoke sweater, and I have to admit I love it, so there will definitely be more.
This test is also notable because the design uses a new Spincycle Yarns yarn. Those testing the sweater get a chance to try it out at a discounted price before it's out to the public! I will share more details with confirmed testers.
If you'd like to know more about the test and how to apply, please head to my Ravelry group, where you will find all the details. Hope to see you in the test!
Happy knitting,
Zanete
