Stitch markers, crochet hook, row counter, scissors, tape measure, stitch holders or waste yarn, tapestry needle, removable markers if using Japanese short rows.

Twisted stitches, cables, bobbles, lifted increases, sloped bind-off, short rows, mattress stitch.

The pullover is worked bottom-up in the round up to underarms, where the front and back are split and worked separately while decreasing and increasing to shape the armhole. Shoulders are shaped with sloped bind-off and seamed at the top. Stitches are picked up around armholes and sleeves are worked top-down in the round to cuffs. Finally, stitches are picked up around the neckline and the turtleneck worked in the round.
