Stockinette stitch in the round after blocking.

3 stitch markers, 2 cable needles, row counter, scissors, tape measure, waste yarn, tapestry needle.

Stockinette stitch, cables, bobbles, slipped stitches, increases, decreases, yarn over short rows, i-cord bind-off, mattress stitch.

The sweater is worked flat in pieces. On the front and the back, armhole shaping stitches are bound off and decreased. The shoulders are shaped one at a time, while neckline stitches are put on hold. Front and back are seamed at the sides and shoulders using mattress stitch. Neckline stitches are worked in the round and bound off using i-cord bind-off.
Sleeves are worked flat in plain stockinette bottom up with increases to the upper arm. Sleeve cap is shaped using bind-off and decreases. Cuffs are worked flat sideways. Sides of cuff are joined to the bottom of the sleeves, and sleeves are seamed at the sides and joined to the body.
Ruffle pieces are worked in Garter stitch with short rows and sewn onto the front using mattress stitch.
