Notes
The top is worked seamlessly from the top-down, starting with the neckband at the center of the back. When half of the neckband length is achieved, live stitches are put on hold and stitches for the other half of the neckband are picked up at the cast-on edge to work the other direction. Stitches for the back are picked up along the side of the neckband and extra stitches are cast on for both shoulders using cable cast-on. Short rows are used to shape the shoulders, then the back is worked straight down to underarm increases. Stitches are picked up at the shoulders and joined with the held neckband stitches to work each of the front shoulders separately to the start of the v-neck. Both front shoulders are joined and the front worked straight down to underarm increases. The back is joined with the front and the body of the top is worked in the round in one piece to the hem.
